We co-ordinate on insured losses and ensure that all recoverable costs are included within the claim, in accordance with an insurance policy. These would include re-instatement costs, as well as all associated costs such as cellar services, landlord fixtures and fittings, upgrade works required due to current building regulations, and local authority requirements where applicable. In addition, all associated surveys and professional fees are included.
Where the opportunity is taken to improve or develop the site, rather than straightforward reinstatement, we can negotiate the like-for-like reinstatement costs with the loss adjusters, whilst managing costs for any planned improvement works. This minimises any delay to the refurbishment programme.
